I have several push datasets that are populated with powershell scripts that I am currently running on my local machine in separate Powershell ISE windows for testing purposes. For the last several weeks I have been randomly receiving the following error message:
I can not for the life of me understand why this happens, but eventually I just re-run the script a few times and it will start connecting to the API endpoint perfectly fine. Please help!

Do you know what proxy server you are using? Maybe it's a problem with the network settings.
I’m not clear about the specific environment, Can you explain in detail?
