Power BI Publisher for Excel Add-In Issue - Possibly with Authentication

Hello all,

I have a pecular issue with this add in. When I attempt to get data from Sharepoint Online, and I use a microsoft account to login to my organizational account, the popup box that should allow me to login or select my account never shows up.

When I disable the add in. it works as expected.

It runs well in my test. I would suggest you try these actions below.

1. Delete the cache and try again. Please refer to delete-your-office-document-cache.

2. Delete the stored credentials. 

3. Did you use the compatible version of add-in? 64 bit or 32 bit?
