Power BI Pro

I've been using the free version of Power BI Desktop and it has been great for me. I'm starting to show my company the benefits of using this and had a quick question on sharing dashboards. I know that I would need a pro license to be able to share the dashboard with others but would all the users in our building need a pro license as well even just to view the dashboards I've shared? They would not be sharing their own just veiwing what I've created and shared.

If you publish to web, any people have access to view your report. And there is a useful thread here for your reference.

In general, yes. Unless you use Publish to Web or if you have Premium.
