I can read the different pages about PPU but I can not find any info on the dedicated CPU etc. Pro version is on a shared tennant why refresh of datasets can take from 30 sec to 50 minutes since...
I can't find this doucmented either. Premium Gen2 doesn't have dedicated CPU/RAM, more of an allowable limit over a 24 hour period (that's my understanding).

Premium Per user is designed to support enterprise workloads, against Power BI artifact with size limits that are equivalent to that of a P3 (for datasets, this is a 100Gb limit as documented in this summary table).
