MohitPowerBI Depends on where the file is. If it's local, and you are using a gateway to refresh the data, then "yes" that is a Pro feature because you are using a gateway.
Thank you, I was able to figure this out.
Actually, I created a new Workspace for the dashboard due to which it was falling under Pro bucket.
