Power BI Pro to Premium Capacity
Is it possible to cancel Power BI Pro licenses when migrating to a Premium Capacity?
Report viewers won't need them anymore after the migration and make up 90% of our current Pro licenses.
The Pro licenses, however, require an annual commitment, which will expire in March 2024 only.

Yes, it is possible to cancel Power BI Pro licenses when migrating to a Premium Capacity. You can remove the Power BI Pro licenses from the users who will no longer need them after the migration.
