Power BI Pro licenses
How can I purchase Power Bi Pro licenses on behalf of client?

The licenses will have to be purchased in your clients Office 365 tenant.
If you have a user account in your client's Office 365 tenant and have the correct permissions you could then assign the licenses to the users.

I think if you are a Microsoft partner you can do this. But they will still need to allocate the Power BI Pro licenses in your clients tenant. Hey abhinavsultania

I guess that licenses will get assigned to me. How to assign that under my client?
