Power BI Pro licenses for internal users when moving to Embedded
No. I meant that all viewers can see for free inside the embedded app. Use the web app for internals. Inside Power Bi Service you need pro unless you are working with a Fabric F64 or more.

Super UserHi. If you move to embedded any Viewer can see reports without a license. The idea is to keep viewers like that. It doesn't matter if they are internal or external. The pro will be only for those who need permission to publish at service or manage workspaces. There are third party softwares like pibi.cloud that work exactly like that.

Yes, thanks, this is the answer I was looking for. I have build maybe over a 100 reports for my organisation so guess the best option is to keep the internal users on a Pro license and use Embedded for the few reports we would like to use it for.
