Power BI Pro com Capacidade Fabric
Estou com uma dúvida para construir um cenário na empresa.
Uma combinação de uma licença Power BI Pro com Capacidade Fabric (SKUs F2, F4 ou F8) —é suficiente para habilitar a assinatura e o envio de relatórios em PDF estático para usuários que não possuem licença de Power BI?
E com esta mesma combinação, quando eu publicar meu painel no sharepoint usando a opção inserir relatorio SharePoint Online, pessoas da minha organização podem visualizar? E se tiver filtros com RLS (segurança em nível de linha). Mesmo se você não tiver licenças PRO?
Já tomamos decisões equivocadas, e precisamos dessa validação para garantir que a estrutura atenda à nossa necessidade de distribuição de relatórios para usuários finais sem custo adicional de licença PRO.

Yes, you can export a PDF becuase your Fabric capacity license is what covers your ability to send reports by email to non-licensed users. BUT, they will not be interactive and useable for the user. And, the workspace itself must be a Fabric capacity.
For the embedding part, yes the user will need a license. I believe you must have an F64 or higher for users to have the ability to see reports without having a separate license.
RLS works regardless of the license - but you have to have the right license to see the report.
