Power BI Pro License

Hi ,

 

One of our team member is not able to see the dashboard which has been shared by me. I am using 365 days Pro free trial version and he is the new user for Power BI. While trying to login and see the dashbaords , he is getting the below error message

 

Message: 

 Upgrade To Power BI Pro

This Content is only available to users with a Power BI Pro license.Upgrade today to get access to colloborate with others and distribute content.   Upgrade account and then cancel

 

We are unable to proceed further.

 

Can you please check this issue and let me know why he is alone facing this issue and rest of the team members can able to login and see the dashboards.

    The shared dashboard can only be accessed by Pro/Pro Trial users. If that new user only has free license, please let him/her try with Pro Trial.

    If issue persists, please stop sharing and then reshare this dashboard with him/her on your side.
