Power BI Pro License

Hi

i have  organizational accout with Power BI, i need to upgrade into Power BI Pro version.

As a individual can I upgrade into Pro license or my empoyer has the permision to upgrade. 

I tried to upgrade, it takes me to Microsoft 365 admin center , and finally  getting me the page that shows

hi, @Sadath 

To upgrade into Pro license, it must a global administrator to subscribe and then assign it to you.

Prerequisites

You must be a member of the Global administrator or Billing administrator role in Office 365.

To assign licenses in Azure, you must be an owner of the Azure subscription that Power BI uses for Active Directory lookups.
