Power BI Pro License is not supporting DB Level RLS security with Direct Query after 15th Aug

Use case Detailed Description:  

“When there are 3 users accessing same report using Power BI Pro then If person 1 executes his report with RLS applied (on DB) and see report output as per the expectation. At same time if person 2 tries to access same report then he see person 1’s data randomly or some of the data from person 1 and rest for his own expected data. At time, its noticed he won’t see any of the data instead it is blank. We suspect it is possible that at same time user 3 may have executed the report and cache got refreshed while user 2 was trying to get the output.

As per our understanding, same Power BI Cache is been shared with different users and hence the issue.

Please keep noted that it was not happening earlier before 15th Aug. Also, this is a non-issue in Power BI premium.”
