Power BI Pro License Not Applying

My trial version of PowerBI Pro has recently ended, I have spoken to my boss who has paid for the PowerBI pro license.

However it is still not letting me access my premium workspaces. But when I click  "Buy Pro Now" it says: "You already have Power BI Pro. You can buy more licences from Microsoft 365 admin centre. "

I am not sure if its just not applied it to my account or if my boss did something wrong?

Cheers.

@Jordan_Robinson You could check the Issues forum here:

https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues

And if it is not there, then you could post it.

If you have Pro account you could try to open a support ticket. If you have a Pro account it is free. Go to https://support.powerbi.com. Scroll down and click "CREATE SUPPORT TICKET".

Hi @Jordan_Robinson ,

According to your situation, you had been assigned a Pro License and a Free License, try to deactiavate both Licenses that you had been assigned by your Office 365 Portal Admin and then reactivate the Power BI Pro License.

I have been installing Power BI Pro across our organisation uisng the coproate licence we have.

A couple of users do not seem have the licence installed correctly. Or rather it does not appear as a Pro licence.

BI seems to be installed correctly.

Under the desKtop app and the settings cog the

 users get the above screenshot

All the other users have had the word 'Pro' under the text "License type:"

Does this imply an error in installing the Pro version?

Is Pro actually installed?

Hi were you ever able to get this working? I have a user in similar situation.
