Power BI Pro License Needed?

No option to schedule hourly refresh of power bi dataset . Have a pro license. Able to schedule only 8 times using on prem data gateway

8 times a day for Power BI Pro, and up to 48 times for Power BI Premium

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/service-premium

So for schedule hourly refresh, it needs a Power BI Premium.
