Helper IPower BI Pro LIcenses
At my company, my team and I create and publish Power BI reports. We of course have Power BI Pro licenses. Our users (who do not create Power BI reports, they consume them) also have Power BI Pro licenses.
My question is, do the users REALLY need the Pro license to consume the content? In the past, yes, but is that still true?

Only Power BI Pro users can publish or share content with other users or consume content that's created by others, unless a Power BI Premium capacity hosts that content.
If you are not concerned about the security of the report, you can also share the report in the form of "Publish to Web" or "Export Report to PDF" or "Download Report as PBIX" without a pro license.
