Power BI Pro 60-day Trial: Remove for Individual User

Is there a way to disable an individual user's Power BI Pro 60-day trial?  I've already tried toggling the Power BI (free) license in Office365 Admin - no effect.

    This is a self service. I'm afraid we can't disable it. What could be the problem?
