Power BI Pro 1-year Trial

Hi. This is regarding the 1-year Power BI Pro Trial. I've meet all those 1 year trial criteria. Previously, I've got notification to get 1 year trial. I clicked on 'Active' now button. But my office network (LAN) blocked that page. I assume the upgrading process is failed. Then, I looked back at the Notifications area, there's nothing show on that area. How can I get 1-year trial back? They're now offering me only 60-days trial.

    amirahilmi If you click into your notification center, do you still see the prompt that you are eligible, or is that gone?

      It says ' You have no notifications right now'.

    I need some help on Power BI pro trial.  I cannot see the notification from my side. How can I make it work.

    Without it, I cannot create Group, use Content Package, Add in Analysis Service. Please help.
