I need to know if it is possible to apply an RLS in power bi premium to a free user when you want to share a reports

Hey,

 

you have to create an App from the Workspace that is assigned to to a Premium capacity.

Hey,

 

yes that's possible.

 

Power BI Premium allows exactly this, user that do not have a Pro license can access a dataset inside a Premium based app. Of course you have to apply RLS to the dataset.

But can user free see the reports or need to do an app or dashbord?
