Hi yongshao  - Yes, according to Microsoft's announcement, after February 1, 2025, existing Power BI Premium per capacity customers are expected to transition to a suitable Fabric capacity and pricing plan at the time of their next renewal.

This transition is necessary because Microsoft is retiring the Power BI Premium per capacity SKUs (P-SKUs) in favor of Fabric capacities, which offer a more integrated and comprehensive data platform experience.

Yes, when renewing Power BI Premium with Azure Synapse Analytics after February 1 2025, it is necessary to migrate the workspace to Microsoft Fabric.
