Hi, We are planning to migrtate our ssas tabular cubes into Azur analysis service or powerbi permium?

which one is better in performance,cost,security and lifecycle mangement

Coding compatability
Is it , Easy to migrate from existing tabular cubes?
Is it, Multi user compatable?
Is it , Easy to deploy any changes or changes tracking.
Is there any compatablity isuee while migrating or create same tabular cube.
Is it durable , like handling desoter recoveries
How many users can access at a tim
Is it, easyly maintainable , like backup' or restores
Is it , multi data set connectivity or compatablity
Easy to handle large datasets

In general, Power BI Premium is a super set of AAS and, in my opinion, the future.
