Power BI Premium per user and Embedded reports
Hi,
I have published and embedded some reports through my Powerbi Pro licence.
I have started the trial of the Premium account per user, expecting that in the next 2 months it will be available for purchase.
I am experiencing issues accesing to the powerbi site when i loging there is an about server IP address not found like (giving you my last try to access support)
- support.powerbi.com’s server IP address could not be found.
After several tries , clearing every time all related power cache from browser it lets me to connect. It is not clear what should be the proper process to make it work and what is the issue cause it does not work immediatly after clearing al cache in order to say it is the browser.
Also i get the same error when i log ing and to the embedded report which is like:
- app.powerbi.com’s server IP address could not be found.
This error goes away when i succesfully login from another tab.
I found out that the same issue exists for the rest of the users that the report is shared and they try to access it through the site where it is embedded.
This functionallity had not problem before i enabled the trial version of the Premium per user into my account.
Is there any issue?

Hi kyrpav ,
This could be due to failure of DNS settings.
Changing DNS server to Google DNS or OpenDNS, or remove all cookies and cached files on your browser will help to resolve this issue immediately. Since you already removed history, cookies, cache, etc try to change the DNS.

I found a similar issue. Please refer to this thread if it can help you.
