Hi,
I am looking for some guidance here:
Currently for PBI Embedded we would use a Azure Capacity or a PBI Premium Capacity.
Since we now have the possibility to buy single premium licenses could we use one technical account in "App Owns Data" scenarioes with a premium per user license? This seems almost to good to be true.
Any guidance here?

It seems the answer to this is no. From the documentation...
Embed tokens with Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) license are intended for development testing, so a Power BI master account or service principal can only generate a limited number of tokens. Purchase a capacity for embedding in a production environment.
