Power BI Premium not working

Sorry for the delay, I did not get à notification for your answer
Could you show or explain which visuals are you talking about ?
Super UserIf you are in the workspace you are trying to update and you click on worksapces
Which one are you seeing highlighted ?
If it is "My Workspace", you have to select another worksapce, if you do not have other workspace, you need to create one by clicking on the buttton new workspace
Then, you go in Workspace settings ---> License Info
Thank you for your help. It worked, now i have access to the premium version. However i still do not have the visuals i had in the free desktop version.
Is there anyway to get help for that?
