Power BI Premium and PushStreaming Performance Improvements

We have recently purchased Premium Capacity (with P1 tier), does it improve PushStreaming performance?
We have already allocated a workspace with a PushStreaming dataset in Premium Capacity,
but the dashboard tiles are still slow to update.

The documentation clearly states that PushStreaming is real-time,
but it takes 30 seconds to update a tile to shows the total of a column in a dataset table of about 300 rows.
 - Only single tile is displayed on the dashboard.
 - The data source pumping the data to the dataset at least once per 2.5 seconds on average.

If the table has a few rows of records, the tiles will update in seconds,
but if the number of records has increased to about 300 rows, the tiles will update very slowly,
is this normal and would you say this is real time?

I'm hoping that if I send every second from the data source, the tiles will be updated every second,
but do I need to do any additional setups, etc.?

Is this a streaming dataset or a hybrid? In the latter case you can modify the report visual to include additional filters (for example only showing the last 100 rows instead of 300).

"Real Time"  is MS marketing speak for "once a minute or so"

Yes, this "pushStreaming dataset" is the hybrid dataset.
I would like to use the filter, but I really want to aggregate 300 rows (or more).

Oh, I see... So I've successfully fallen for MS sales pitch.😫
Maybe I should look for another approach.
