Resolver IIPower BI Premium Refresh question
Hi,
According to this article, if I have Power BI Premium, I can schedule up to 48 refreshes a day and unlimited API refreshes for a Power BI Report.

I think 48 refreshes a day is set up in the PowerBI
What does API refresh mean? Is Refresh a dataset in PowerAutomate considered a API refresh?

There is no limit on number of refreshes in a day for dataset in Premium capacity but it will depend on avaialble resoruces in your capacity, have a look at below link which will help you in understanding:
