Power BI Premium Per capacity contains 50 Power BI Pro license or not

Does anyone has any idea about Power BI Premium Per capacity contains free 50 Power BI Pro license or not.

Should we need to buy Power BI Pro license separately.

Power BI Premium capacity licencing is seperate than Pro licenses. Hence has to be procured seperately.
