Power BI Premium P1 node limits & how to decide?

Hi Guys,

I need help on my documentation assignment. So I am creating a document regarding Premuim capacity particularly P1 node and as we review my initial draft, my lead threw a question at me that i have no idea what to answer.

His question was, how many reports you can put into a workspace with P1 capacity? 

I tried to explain that it depends several factors like the the complexity of the calculations and the size of the datasets. But he said that we should at least have an estimate as to how many reports we can publish using P1 capacity. 

I didn't find any answer in whitepapers i've read so maybe you guys have an idea? 

2nd, can you put more than one app workspace in one P1 node?

3rd, initially how do we decide what to purchase (p1/p2/p3)? and what are the limits of a P1 node?

2nd question, yes.

1st and 3rd questions, here is how you decide:

The answer with regards to reports, it has nothing to do with how many reports other than how much data those reports have associated with them and how many people will be viewing those reports daily, weekly, etc.

It really comes down to users. I recommend going through this documentation as well:
