I was Power BI admin and as well as capacity admin. I have install Premium Metrics App before and was able to access the reports. For some reason, i deleted the app after few days after install. Now, I am trying to install again, when i click on Get Now, the below is the screen that i am getting...
Even after clicking the above image, it is taking me to no where... Any help would be greatly apprecited!! Thanks!!
I & my colleague have exactly the same issue with one of our clients. They have 4 separate capacites (P1, P2s), I am a capacity admin but not a PBI admin.

For such unknown issue that we cannot reproduce, it is recommended to post to issue forum or create a support ticket.

Can you please share the below details.
1. Premium Capacity (P1/2/3)
2. Have you tried the same with the other users.
Frankly saying i also tried to re-pro the issue, But i dont have any Premium Capacity from my end.
If the issue is persist, please create a support ticket to investigate the issue.

Haven't seen any reports of that, You could check the Issues forum here:
https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Issues/idb-p/Issues
And if it is not there, then you could post it.
