Hello,
In our organization we are using Power BI Premium EM1.
In the Power BI Service (Admin portal-->Capacity settings) we have a message (in red background) like this:
'You have exceeded the number of available v-cores. You can reduce your v-core usage by decreasing the size of one or more capacities, or you can purchase more v-cores. If you don't take action, capacities will be suspended soon'
Why we have that kind of message ? And how can we 'take action' ? We have a lot of reports in our capacity and all of the organization using this reports so we need to help before "suspend" capacity..

Based on my research, the different capacity node has different limitation, you could refer to below link to see the details about Premium capacity nodes:

And your problem may due to you do not have available v-cores to allocate, you could refer below link to see the information about how to manage your capacity:

I am having the same problem, and though i've read these suggested documents, theres no explanation about how a 'core' is used, so I have no idea how to determine what is using all my cores or how to fix the problem.
@jaksecret this happens if ur license is expired...u need to renew O365 subscription
@mcs007 we had same issue recently...any solution..? we had 16 cores and used all. And now all of sudden received this message?
looks like all of our cores are gone? is shows 0 of 0 used.
