Power BI Premium EM pricing

What is the current US price for Power Premium EM skus?

I have seen an old price list on a third party blog but I don't know if it's current. I have seen a recent price list on another blog but it's in pound sterling. As far as I know they are flat, monthly prices, so I'm not sure why it's not as easy to find as the P skus.

I know that prices are available through the Volume Licensing site for EM1 and through Office 365 portal for EM2 & EM3 if you have sufficient permissions, but I don't have access to any of those.

Can anyone tell me the price or point me to an online resource?

Thanks, but the calculator only gives pricing for P skus, not the EM skus, as far as I can tell.
