Power BI Premium - Datamart to Dataset to Reports

Hi. I have Power Bi Premium on a Mac & am going round in circles trying to work out how to build reports that refresh. I've set up a Datamart to transform data, linked to OneDrive, & it refreshes data ok. But my reports are running off a Dataset attached to the Datamart that doesen't refresh so my reports don't refresh either! What am I doing wrong??

Hi. I'm using Datamarts to transform 2 tables from same workbook. I'm going to close this as I've gone into it today & it's now refreshed but hasn't updated 'Last refresh date / time'.

What's the point of the datamarts?  Can you connect the datasets directly to the two data sources?
