Power BI Premium Capacity?
Hi
I have a Power BI Pro licence and was looking for the best method to display Dashboards and Reports with colleagues who don't have a Power BI licence. Approiximately 30 people.
I came across this Microsoft article
It mentions:-
"As a Power BI service customer with a Free license, you explore reports and dashboards in order to make business decisions. Those reports and dashboards are created by designers who have Power BI Pro or Premium Per User (PPU) licenses. Designers need to share content to a workspace backed by a Premium capacity, to benefit from unlimited content sharing as part of Premium."
What does it mean by 'Premium Capacity'?
Thanks
Hi PBE
A Premium Capacity licence is an organisational licence which (amongst other features) allows your users to mark Workspaces as Premium Capacity. Content on these Workspaces can then be shared with users who have a Power BI Free licence.
