Hi Experts,
Hope all are doing great!
Need your suggestions and experties on which premium capacity will helps for my requirements,
1. Nearly 1500 users are going to untilize my reports.
2. Have 5 reports with 4 GB of each dataset size.
3. Max of 120 Million rows of data in my pbi report.
4. My reports taking nearly 2 to 3.5hrs of time to complete the refresh.
So super users are going to perform multiple tasks like below,
1. Going to create their own reports while connecting the existing 5 datsets.
2. Analyze the data in excel power query by connecting the datasets.
We are buling our reports using source as Amazon Athena and Amazon databricks SQL warehouse.
Some users will perform "Analyze in excel" either web or in excel for their analysis. So need your suggestions that which premium capacity will help us in terms of not impacting to the users with report slowness or any impact report hang or any other performace issues.
Thank you so much for your kind support.
A lot really depends on the complexity of the queries you're running and the frequency your users are likely to access. Personally I'd start with P1 and then add if required.
