Power BI Premium Capacity Metrix Error refreshing failure

I have the same issue and have submitted an 'issue' (#857) for this in GitHub

I found other users already open tickets for this issue on CRI 108513833, PBI team is working on it.

I will update here if any update or ETA.

Some Premium Capacity customers may experience issues with viewing the Capacity Metrics in the Admin Portal. As a workaround, customers can use the Capacity Metrics App. Engineers are working on a fix and expect it to be deployed by end-of-day 3/22/19
