Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics - problem with refresh
Hi,
I have problem with Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics app. When I'm trying to refresh the app, below error appears:
- Data source error{"error":{"code":"ModelRefresh_ShortMessage_ProcessingError","pbi.error":{"code":"ModelRefresh_ShortMessage_ProcessingError","parameters":{},"details":[{"code":"Message","detail":{"type":1,"value":"No capacities found. You need to be a capacity admin of at least one or more capacities."}}],"exceptionCulprit":1}}} Table: InactiveMemoryMetrics.
- Cluster URIWABI-NORTH-EUROPE-I-PRIMARY-redirect.analysis.windows.net
I laready click on "connect to your data" and I set UTC_Offset = 2, but after that the refresh ended with error.
Can someone from Microsoft Support team can help?

According to your tips, it may be a capacity problem. You can try to become a capacity manager or try to allocate capacity. The following is a reference article.
