Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics app - Resource consumption blank

Resource consumption metrics data not showing in report visuals. I ran a load test on PowerBI workspace/dataset, then after report and dataset refresh, the average wait times, refresh times etc are showing but CPU and memory consumption is just blank. Checking the system metrics table, I dont see any rows there either.

Load test performed on small dataset of ~30mb size.

Has anyone experienced this issue?Any suggestions?

Where is this located, the Admin Portal in Power BI, or Azure AD?

This was solved by adding  Power BI Premium app to the reader role for capacity in Azure portal.
