Power BI Premium Capacity Metrics App - Bug?

 

I'm unable to remove this duplicate (10/22/2018) App. If I click on the "trash" icon then refresh the page it just comes right back. Is this a known bug?

    Just tried it with mine and I didn't get the same symptoms. Mine can be removed, i then refresh the Apps page and its gone.  I've then added it again and only the new one appears.
