Power BI Premium Azure Portal / Entra Admin Centre?

Does anybody know where Power BI Premium Subscription is visible in Azure Portal / Entra Admin Centre?

I can see it in Office 365 Admin portal under Your products

Entra Admin Centre , I cannot find it 

Azure Portal , I cannot find it

Hi. Like you said Power Bi Premium is an Office 365 product. You won't find anything about it at Azure Portal. You can purchase it from Office 365 Centre. Then you can activate and administrate from Power Bi Service Admin portal. There is a setting for admin portal and capacities.

I can see the other Office products I purchased on Azure Portal / Entra ; I find it difficult to comprehend why it is not there too
