Power BI Pipeline Credentials for Production

Hi All,

 

I have a premium per user account and I am using the pipeline feature for the first time. I have created a paginated report and deployed it to my dev workspace then to my test workspace and then finally to my production workspace. I have configured a data source rule for all 3 workspaces, each of which are pointing to 3 different servers. The credentials I placed during the dev phase has access to both the dev and test workspace so expectation was correct that the report was able to run. But when I get to Production, the report fails due to credentials. 

 

Is there a way to change the credentails being passed to the production workspace?

    Hi cdelrosario1 ,

     

    Have trouble to follow.

    You have three credentials for three data sources in three workspaces?

    Shouldn't you grant permission for credential at the data source level?

    Thank you for your reply. I must have some sort of brain fart. I created a new data source with the credentials and it was mapped correctly and I was able to access the correct server. Thank you!
