Power BI Paginated report scheduling with parameters

Hi all.
I have a Power BI premium license. I am currently generating SSRS reports in manually and saving them in excel and sending them to users.

I am trying to achieve that the paginated reports should be scheduled through Power Automate and stored in excel using parameters.

My doubts

1. Does Power Automate also need a license to store generated reports on the Power BI server/Local/ OneDrive folder?

2. How to configure parameters in Export To File for Paginated Reports in Power Automate?

Please help me share steps and info. Thanks in advance

1. If by "Power BI Server"  you mean a SQL Server table then yes, that is a Premium connector which requires a license.  OneDrive and Folders don't need a license.

Hi @lbendlin ,

Thank you for your reply.

Could you please elaborate on your answer?

I have the Power BI Premium license.

Wants to schedule a Paginated report and store the excel/PDF report's output in the Power BI server's folder or a folder of a local machine.

How can I achieve this?

Can I do this for free by Power Automate or other connectors?

Please guide me.

Thanks in advance

No, you need a separate license for Power Automate Premium connectors.  Not related to Power BI Premium.
