Power BI Paginated Report Header Row Freeze/Keep Visible Doesn't Work in Service

Hi all,

Working on a report with a Matrix/Tablix in Power BI Report Builder. The FixedRowHeader is set to True and the row header freezes as expected, in Power BI Report Builder. But it doesn't say visible when the report is published to Power BI Service.

Any help would be great appreciated. Thanks!

Bump. Doesn't anyone have an answer or a pointer? This seems a pretty serious flaw in the product? The report has a totally different behavior after it's published to Power BI Service. The ability to freeze the header seems like a rudimentry requirement...

What finally solved it for me was clearing the browser cache

Experiencing the exact same issue. Additionally have the option marked under Tablix properties
