QNA I don't know about anything specific from Microsoft but it seems to me that you are in full compliance. If you have purchased the PPU license and assigned it to the Guest user, then that should be fine. I assume it works?
Everything is wroking fine. The Guest Users has no way of moving outside of my organization with the license (cloud based). They can't create their own content. They can't run queries or create reports. They can only have Vierwer (read-only) access within my companies instance of Power BI (Power BI URL) using a license that my company paid for. Note: the Guest Users are not even getting a 1/10th of the benefit a full use of the Power BI PPU license would allow them.
Everything is working fine except for my typing.
