Power BI Online Service - No Refresh

Hello guys,

 

Anyone who recognise the attached error?

 

Note1, the "Allow user's cloud data sources to refresh through this gateway cluster. These cloud data sources do not need to be configured under this gateway cluster" is selected. 

 

Note 2, the report in Power BI Desktop refreshes normally.

    Hi Anonymous ,

     

    Please check if the credentials are all vaild and necessary ports have been enabled for mysql server on your machine. Also make sure data gateway has been updated to the latest version.
