Power BI On -Premise Gateway version downgrade
Hi Team We are performing Power BI On -Premise Gateway version downgrade with Primary Gateway server. What steps we need to follow and what things we need to take care from our side.

Community ChampionNo cluster and gateway name will still exist in the service. You're just uninstalling the client. Then when you reinstall you should be able to "take it over" and select the name from the list.
If you created a new cluster you'd have to set up your connections again.
do you mean For example before activity Power BI Gateway = "GT01" and Cluster name = "CLS01" then after ( uninstall - reinstall )step we can use same GT01 and CLS01 only.

Yes, should be able to keep same names.
