Power BI On -Premise Gateway version downgrade

Hi Team

We are performing Power BI On -Premise Gateway version downgrade with Primary Gateway server.

What steps we need to follow and what things we need to take care from our side.

      Thanks for your response.
Please understand when we will going to perform uninstallation over the primary node Gateway server, will it impact cluster definition in app.powerbi.com, I mean that " while doing installation using recovery key, do we need to use existing Gateway name and Cluster name (which exists before activity) or should we do update of it with fresh name? "

No cluster and gateway name will still exist in the service. You're just uninstalling the client. Then when you reinstall you should be able to "take it over" and select the name from the list.

If you created a new cluster you'd have to set up your connections again.

    Hi Team

We performed uinstall and re-installation using same name over Power BI Gateway servers first secondary and then with primary , all works well. After of it we got to know our data connection over power bi gateway cluster under app.powerbi.com are not working as earlier , we checked with every one from DB admin , Network firewall and SPN related team no tracess found and VM management we are still facing "invalid credential error " over data connection even SSO config also working fine. but UPN showing invalid user credential.
