Power BI On Premise Data Gateway - Manage Users (Share) Issue
Hi All,
We are having an issue where some of our user accounts are not able to see/share data gateways with other users in the organisation. When opening the manage user option for a specific gateway, the manage users sections opens, but no user data are displayed. The loading image just keeps on circling (as per screen below).
I can only imagine it must be some permission to load/see the organisations users in Azure AD, but have no idea how to resolve the issue.
Any assistance will be appreciated.

You can check whether the cluster region is selected correctly, here is the gateway corresponding to this region.
