Power BI OData/CRM Authentication Issue
I need help on how to set up a Power BI OAuth/CRM Data Source in Power BI Service.
At the moment when we attempt to create the data source we get the below error.
Can anyone point me in the right direction to resolve this?
Unable to connect: We encountered an error while trying to connect to https://XXX.api.crm6.dynamics.com/api/data/v8.2/. Hi dd1234,
Which type of datasource you used?(online or on-premise) if you means online datasource with odata connection, you can use 'connection directly' mode to link datasource without setting gateway.
Please share more detail contents to help us clarify your scenario.
Troubleshooting the on-premises data gateway
In addition, please also share us detail information about datasource and credentials settings.
