    Hi teetoes,

Thank you for your inquiry through the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

Based on the details of your query, it appears that the issue may be related to the scheduled refresh configuration or the Power BI service itself.

Kindly follow the steps outlined below to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

    1. Delete the existing scheduled refresh and create a new one. Please ensure that the scheduled refresh settings are configured correctly.
    2. Enable email notifications for refresh failures to receive timely updates in the event of a failure.
    3. Confirm that the service account used for credentials has the required permissions for all relevant data sources and the necessary access rights to the model being refreshed.
    4. If the dataset is large or complex, consider simplifying or optimising the model to enhance performance and reduce the likelihood of refresh issues.
    5. Verify that the scheduled refresh time aligns with your local timezone, as discrepancies in timezone settings may cause issues.
    6. Publish the same PBIX file to a new workspace and configure the scheduled refresh in the new workspace. If it functions correctly in the new workspace, the issue could be related to the configuration of the original workspace.
