    Hi Baccarbk,

     

    Yes, When Microsoft detects no report/dashboard usage for ~2 months, scheduled refresh may be paused.

     

    You can try below Options to reactivate it:-

     

    1. Manually turn Scheduled refresh off and then on Workspace → Semantic model → Settings, then disable schedule refresh -> save-> enable scheduled refresh, set frequency again
    2. Trigger Manual Refresh from Semantic Model, if refresh button is not visible then make sure you've the ownership of the semantic model, if not take over the ownership of the semantic model
    3. if the report was created by a different owner take ownership and re-enter credentials, gateway mapping and refresh schedule again
    4. Finally, You can republish your report and replace the older one and set up the schedule again
