  • Hi myati2801,

Thankyou for using Microoft Community Forum.

I understand you're facing issues with hierarchy filters in your Power BI scorecard, where some users see blank data. This could be due to Row-Level Security (RLS) settings, which restrict data access based on user roles. If RLS is configured, users without proper permissions might see no data. To address this, please review your RLS configurations as outlined in Microsoft's documentation:
Row-level security (RLS) with Power BI - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn

Additionally, ensure that your hierarchy filters are set up correctly and that there are no issues with the data model relationships. Misconfigured filters or relationships can lead to unexpected behavior.

If the problem persists, consider having the affected users clear their browser cache or try accessing the report from a different browser or incognito mode.

If this solution worked for you, kindly mark it as Accept as Solution and feel free to give a Kudos, it would be much appreciated!

    Thank you.
